My Hair Regimen

For all you ladies who are interested, here is what I normally do on a monthly basis:

1st Week- Shampoo/Condition
  • Shea Moisture Retention Shampoo
  • VO5/Organix Coconut Milk 
2nd Week- Regular Shampoo/Condition
  • "    "
  • "    "
3rd Week-Egg Protein Treatment (every other month)/Shampoo/Hot Oil Treatment
  • One Egg+Organix Coconut Conditioner/Peanut Butter+EVOO+Honey
  • Shea Moisture Retention Shampoo
  • EVOO Hot Oil Treatment
4th Week- Shampoo/Condition
  • Shea Moisture Retention Shampoo
  • VO5/Organix Coconut Milk 
* I usually do the Green House Effect nearly every night and some weeks if I'm lazy I may just Co-Wash*
*I trim my ends every 3 months... If I need a Major cut it'll be Once that year*
*I do protective twists or braids at least once-twice a month*

For Moisture I use:
  • Mega Care Oils (Raw Shea Butter, Vitamin E, Grape Seed, Carrot Oil)
  • Homemade Shea Whip Cream
  • Cantu leave-in Conditioner
  • Homemade Shea Mayo Deep Conditioner
  • Homemade Water+Oil+Shea M.'s Curl Smoothie Spray Bottle
For Thirsty Scalp I use:
  • Hollywood Beauty's Castor Oil Grease
  • Homemade Shea Whip Cream
For Heat Protection I use:
  • Organix's Coconut Oil Serum
  • Organic Root Stimulator's Heat Serum
  • Shea Moisture's Thickening Growth Milk
For Sheen/Shine I use:
  • Motion's Sweet Almond Oil Sheen
  • Mega Care Oils
For Lock and Hold I use:
  • Organic Root Stimulator's Hold Pudding
  • Eco Styler Gel (but not that often)
  • Motion's Spritz (but not that often)

*This Regimen Schedule has been the same for me since the summer. The only things that have changed are a few of my products due to the fact that I want to save money.  I have deleted/in the process of deleting.

  • Organic Root Stimulator's Replenishing Conditioner
