I've noticed that after I got off my birth control that my hormones have changed tremendously. I was on my pills for 5 years and my face cleared up from all the acne and blemishes that I endured during high school. Now, everyday is a battle with the pimples and small bumps that have been appearing.
However, I've found a regimen that has worked out for my skin and maybe it will for someone else:
*Black Soap wash day and night
*Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser wash at night once a week
*Tea Tree Oil as a moisturizer for my skin after every wash
*H2O 24/7 at least 3 glasses a day
*Apple Cider Vinegar drink 1 tblsp 4 times a week
